DESCRIPTION

It needed tools that would enable it to do control of its commercial management at a global level. It was using a CRM with a low use rate and:

  1. It focused on database management for managing marketing since the current tool made consolidation too complex.
  2. The control of the commercial cycle was very limited. It was far from the follow-up of the business cycle and of the projects, not to mention the reports and measurements.

CHALLENGES

  • To improve the commercial management by focusing on the concept of opportunity.
  • To have control of the money invested in the marketing campaigns and their ROI.
  • To have reports of the commercial process.
  • The adoption in which people would understand that SFDC is not only a place to enter information but it is also a solution for the commercial area and management to speed up the closing of business deals.
